This home had a raised entry and tiered steps that needed railings - not just for code, but for everyday safety. Navigating that kind of elevation without a solid handrail is a real hazard, especially as weather changes and surfaces get slippery.

We fabricated and installed aluminum railings along both the stairway and the upper porch entry. The horizontal bar design keeps things looking clean and modern without clashing with the classic style of the home. That balance is something we think about on every job - safety shouldn't come at the expense of how your home looks from the street.

Aluminum is our go-to material for exterior railings for good reason. It doesn't rust, it holds up in all four seasons, and it requires almost no upkeep on your end. You're not repainting or treating it every few years. It just does its job and keeps looking sharp.

What we ended up with here is a setup that covers two separate access points - the main entry porch and the lower staircase leading from the driveway level. Both sections are anchored solidly into the masonry and finished consistently, so the whole thing reads as intentional rather than pieced together.

Whether you've got a single set of front steps or a more complex multi-level entry like this one, we can build railings that fit the space properly and hold up long-term. No cookie-cutter solutions.
